Nigella cooks with Dorset Pastry
Came across this clip on YouTube which is Nigella cooking a chicken pie followed by a BBC South report on Dorset Pastry Ltd. The lady who started the company is an ex South African and seems like quite a character from this clip.
I am going to try out some of their products and will blog the results. I am not a particuarly confident pastry maker and as Nigella says in this clip. Pastry chefs train for years.
