Ice cream just like you get in Italy - Poole

For once Italian ice cream lived up to the hype. Giggi Gelateria already in Bournemouth now have a small outlet at the end of Poole High Street just before you cross over to the old high street.

This is my second visit and along with the delectable Mel I am pleased to say we both very much enjoyed our choices.

Mel went for hazelnut and coffee in a waffle cone and I had hazelnut and chocolate in a cup (effectively Nutella).

This ice cream reminds me of my childhood, going to the great Marine Ices in chalk farm. 

The ice cream has a great texture, not too sweet and best of all has the flavour it claims to be without tasting artificial.
