Good spot for an all day breakfast - Bournemouth

Having taken my Mac in for repair in Bournemouth, a somewhat traumatic experience we were ready for a good feed. Nothing fancy just something well cooked and filling.

Someone had mentioned that the Norwegian Wood cafe provided substantial breakfast and other fare. As it turned out, it was just round the corner from the Mac shop.

If you are looking for fancy cooking this is not your spot, but if you want well cooked good value food then you've come to the right place.

I had the set breakfast shown below, which comes with a pot of tea and orange juice. Everything was well cooked and tasty.

Mel opted for scrambled egg on toast with tea and the whole cost for the both of us was just under £10. Service was quick and friendly.

The other reason to go here is it is fantastically kitsch. The cafe as the name suggests in Beatle themed and the decor is 1960's ski chalet. Mel said it reminded her of going for brunch with your parents when you were little. Check out the retro crockery below, its enough to transport you back to simpler times.

So good value, fun and honest food.
